◆ Appetizer: Shrimp and clam salad with Asakusa dressing, lily bulb jelly, and scattered corn.

◆Sashimi: Five kinds of fresh summer fish from the Hokuriku region

◆Seasonal Vegetables: Small diced salmon and cucumber salad with dyed tofu and sesame dressing

◆Grilled dishes: Grilled female swordfish with salt, simmered bayberry in syrup, seared Taniguchi fried tofu, Nanbu-style thread wrapping.

◆Appetizer: Summer duck marinated in lemon, somen noodles with pumpkin, water shield, and white celery

◆Fried food: Fried amberjack with aromatic herbs, eggplant, Moroccan green beans, and tartar sauce.

◆Hot Pot: Fresh fish shabu-shabu, chopped vegetables, condiments, ponzu sauce

◆Meal: Extra-thick ramen noodles, black pepper, pickled mustard greens, green onions
